To ensure the integrity and traceability of our cheeses, the company has integrated the entire production chain from caring to our goats, obtaining fresh milk in the day and immediate processing for cheese and other dairy products such as sweet milk. Our goats are reared under a mixed system which respects their natural habits, allows them to have freedom of movement and feed on native and natural food of booking. The size of Crottin is linked to its history, since the milk produced by the goats was not enough to make large cheeses.     Delicious handcrafted from the best goat's milk selected from our dairy. Being a goat product, it has a lighter and softer consistency, with a creamier bottom on the palate. Its digestion is better due to the lower fat consistency of the milk. This elaboration does not have artificial additives, colorings, flavors or flavorings of any kind, being a completely natural and artisanal product.
